Phase 1: Basic Governance Structure
Start simple, build trust. While full smart contracts are in development, you can still foster decentralized decision-making with tools you already use.
• Community Voting:
Use Telegram polls or Snapshot to run weekly or biweekly votes on key decisions such as:
• Which causes to support
• Marketing initiatives
• Allocation of community funds
• Voting Power (Token-Weighted):
Until smart contracts are live, allow voting based on token holdings. Holders can verify their vote weight by submitting wallet balance screenshots — a temporary but transparent solution.
• Community Councils (“Puppeteers”):
Form small working groups from active community members to organize ideas, moderate discussions, and help guide proposals. This encourages grassroots leadership and long-term involvement.
